Affidavit of Gladstone Sello Maema, relating to the Report about prosecutors of the National Prosecuting Authority who lied and concocted false evidence about the dealings between the top Hawk official and the Cato Manor high profile case. How deputy director at the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) superimposed the signature of a potential witness on an unsigned affidavit to create the impression that there was evidence that implicated former top Hawk Johan Booysen.
