Description
Mr Laher to continue testifying were he was a member of the negotiation team in relation to both of the transactions involving the 1064 locomotives and the 100 locomotives. He told the commission that he was giving financial support to the chairpersons during the negotiations. He was providing information to the legal team in terms of their contract drafting process and to contribute to the negotiations on financial related aspects. The role did not involve making any decisions.
