Abstract
Description
The hearing continues to deal with the contracts between Eskom and Tegeta mining on how coal was supplied from the colliery extension and the compliance with the combustion test, the proposed volumes of tons delivered per month subject to all requirements of Eskom approvals including the requirement for volume at the relevant power station and contract conditions and subsequent modifications.
