Description
Affidavit of Mxolisi Sandile Oliver Nxasana, the former National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) while former President Jacob Zuma was still in office. The Affidavit aims to provide evidence on how the NPA wanted him removed from his position . On May 2015, the settlement agreement was reached and the president acknowledge that Mr. Nxasana was a fit and proper person to hold the office as the NDPP.
