Upon accepting this portfolio, Mrs. Nelisiwe reports on the steps taken to assist Mr. Jimmy Mzwanele Manyi who had lodged an appeal against the Department of Labor following his dismissal. This affidavit also reports on the communication between Nelisiwe Mildred Oliphant and Mr. Richard Baloyi in an attempt to investigate the unfair dismal against Mr. Jimmy. Upon investigation, Mr. Richard assisted with the decision to withdraw Jimmy Mzwanele Manyi's termination as director-general in the labor department, which resulted in him being transferred to the GCIS.en
