This information is presented as Rule 3.3 Notices issued for Cyril Ramaphosa from the commission legal team to present the evidence of Sethlomamaru Isaac Dintwe. relating to the allegation made by other ministers to intimidate and prevent him from testifying from the commission, where the JSCI found that the allegations were unsubstantiated. Also includes supplementary affidavit of Matshela Moses Koko, relating to matters of Eskom, how 266-billion was lost to the economy due to load shedding. And how the board of Eskom executed the demands made by The World Bank, African Development Bank, European Investment bank and KFW.
