dc.description.contentMartha Onica Ngoye reports on the investigations of maladministration relating to financial mismanagement, tender irregularities, and appointment irregularities against PRASA. She also reports on the relationships between PRASA and its contractors particularly DBSA, Swifambo, Siyaya Rail, and Siyangena. This Information also reports on the procurement processes being scrutinized by Mr. Dingiswayo, the Influences Mr. Roy exercised at PRASA and its subsidiary, Martha Onica Ngoye’s interactions with Montana, and the disputes between PRASA and Strawberry Worx and Siyaya. Further supplementary affidavit highlights the issues PRASA raised in the review of the contract between PRASA and Siyangena. Martha Onica Ngoye also attached a report on the current board of PRASA and further retorts to the allegations of corruption made by Montana with regards to the Swifambo contract and the unlawful employment of Werksmans Attorneys to conduct a forensic investigation. This exhibit also expresses the Unlawful dismal of Martha Onica Ngoye.en
