Leading the evidence of Mr Mzwamadoda Mxakwe Mr Mxakwe is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the SABC Auditor Generals Reports that had indicated collapse of governance within the SABC and also a complete disregard for SABC policies as well as SABC processes but also a huge lapse when it comes to internal controls and governance processes, irregular expenditure which stood at 4.98 billion as at 31 st March 2018.
