Description
Jakob Jan Dekker submitted the affidavit by virtue of his position as an investigator at the Commission. He was requested by the Commission to perform an analysis of the business and trading activities of Alexkor SOC Ltd, with registration number 1992/006368/30, the Pooling and Sharing Joint Venture, between Alexkor and the Richtersveld Mining Company (Pty) Ltd, with registration number 2006/034807/07 and Scarlett Sky Investments 60 (Pty) Ltd, with registration number 2009/002967/07.
