Description
The role played by Parliament in executing its constitutional mandate prior and during investigations into allegations of state capture. To identify provisions in the constitution that bear on the constitutional role of both the National Assembly and the NCOP in relation to Oversight and Accountability. Portfolio Committees exercising oversight in relation to corruption allegations. Mr Masondo the current Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces to deal with the ANC Oversight.in relation to the Mr Mbalula incident, the incident at the NEC, and disciplinary proceedings instituted by the organisation against its members.
