Description
Mandindi Nonyameko non-executive director for a period of Denel SOC Limited appointed by s Minister Lynne Brown the Minister of Public Enterprises at the time. The appointment was in May 2015 and the induction was around July 2015. Mandindi Nonyameko to Deal with the circumstances relating to her appointment, two particular aspects relating to decisions of the board and the knowledge of the relative facts in that regard. Ms Hlahla she is the second witness she is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Denel. She is going to deal with involvement as Chair of the Board of Directors, she was appointed by the Minister of Public Enterprises, Mr Gordhan Mr Ntshepe resigned and Mr Mhlwana was disciplined and dismissed, it was that during the period of the Board under her leadership.
