Description
Nick Linnell appears at Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture to continue give evidence related that he had assisted SAA to deal with a disciplinary matter or disciplinary hearing relating to somebody at SAA. The executives had been
suspended on precautionary suspension at Eskom with a view to ensuring that the investigation was free of their influence. Mr Marokane was the second witness to appear before the Commission, evidence pertaining to the suspension of the four executives on 11 March 2015, he was one of the executives that were suspended and ultimately a settlement agreement be concluded with you and Eskom. Third witness who appear before Commission was Mr Molefe to testify in regard to mainly the suspension of the executives.
