Affidavit and Annexures of Jan Lekgoa Mothibi, relating to the reports which the Special Investigating Units (SIU) conducted regarding the affairs of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) during the period of 2017 to 2018. Annexure A and B are interim reports from the investigation that was conducted in respect of the contracting of good and services by the SABC from Mafoko Security Patrols (Pty) (Ltd). Both reports were submitted to the President of the Republic South Africa.
