Description
Mr Hugh is requested to make affidavit in order to assist the commission of inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, corruption and fraud in the public sector including organs of state. He has been requested to set out his experiences on the question of the meaning of the doctorine of the separation of powers under the constitution of 1996, and in particular the duties of parliament to oversee and hold accountable the executive branch of government in relation of its exercise branch of government in relation of its exercise of public power.
