Description
The affidavit of Mr. Thabethe, which he deposed to in 2017 under Park Road Case number 200/0701/2017, and the PFMA, which outlines the responsibilities of an accounting officer and responsibilities that fall within the jurisdiction of an accounting officer, are included in the documentation that is relevant to Mr. Thabethe in the Reference bundle. The hearing is about these documents. He clarifies that the Accounting Officers were in charge of putting the project into action. These are officers with the expertise, knowledge, and experience necessary to carry out the policy-level agreements.
