Except from the minutes of the special board of directors of Transnet SOC ltd and the purpose is the Acquisition of 465 Diesel locomotive estimated at 13.6 Billion solves that the board approved the tender evaluation process and recommendation of the bidder T1 and bidder T2 as a result of the evaluation process for the negotiation and award of business , subject a further endorsement by the Board Acquisition and Disposal committee post the negotiation process
